It's official: the PotatoCharge Android app is now available on Google Play. You can access your account, manage your bookings and chat with your hosts straight from your phone, without going through the browser.

What the app changes day to day
- Instant notifications. Booking confirmation, a message from a host, a reminder that a session is starting or ending: it all lands on your screen, with no page to refresh.
- One-tap access. The icon sits on your home screen. No more retyping the address or signing in on every visit.
- Built-in camera. For the battery percentage reading or a photo of the charger, the app uses your phone's camera directly, with no detour.
- Chargers nearby. With your permission, the app places you on the map so you can spot the available charging points around you.
The same account, only faster
No second account, nothing to relearn. The app runs on the same secure platform as the website: you sign in with your usual credentials and find your data, your bookings and your messages exactly as they were. What you gain is speed, notifications and instant access from your pocket.
How to install it
- Open Google Play on your Android phone.
- Search for PotatoCharge, or use the direct link.
- Install the app, then sign in with your usual account.
What about iPhone?
The iOS version is coming soon. In the meantime, the website works perfectly in Safari and can be added to your home screen from the share menu, for access that's just as quick.
